The "3D Distribution System" application will show you with interesting 3D models of power equipment interesting information, principles and patterns of operation of the electricity distribution system from the backbone lines of the transmission system to the offtake points in the smallest villages. With grid elements in the landscape you meet practically daily, and most of the time you don't even realize that, for example, the leaders of the overhead line are flowing electricity to your home, job or favorite cinema. In this application you will learn all about the lines and voltage levels of distribution, what are the big power transformers in the substations, as some masts say, or why there are so many in the landscape.

Distribution system introduction begins with a look at a 3D model of a landscape part with highlighted objects that have a certain relation to electricity distribution. By scrolling, rotating, and zooming in on the scene, the landscape with objects can be viewed from any perspective with a flying drone. Significant objects allow nesting into new scenes with detailed 3D device models, while other supplemental objects contain only a brief explanatory description. In the detailed view, there is another, text-image application level of the application, which, in addition to describing the meaning, design and types of the selected distribution device, also offers a number of illustrative photographs.

As you navigate through each distribution object, you will learn not only what the system consists of, but also how it operates and operates safely. Of course, attention is also paid to electrical substation equipment - the most typical of the distribution network after long lines of overhead lines. The relevant objects are presented by ČEZ Distribuce - the largest electricity distributor in the Czech Republic.

An important end element of the distribution system is the supply point at which the electricity is transmitted to the customer via the recording electricity meter. In this section of the application, you can find descriptions of the equipment of a standard switchboard or a clear structure of the electricity price.

The design and construction of a distribution network is not a simple or inexpensive matter. After drawing theoretical information, you can take on the role of such a designer and try to design your own distribution network in an interesting game. Your task will be nothing more than engaging all the gaming points on the board at the right voltage level, of course, as cheaply as possible.
