Official application of the Ministry of Health for remote monitoring of Covid-19 patients in home isolation.

An application for remote patient diagnosis that works in conjunction with a pulse oximeter. The Home Medical Care application reads the patient's pulse and oxygen saturation data from the pulse oximeter, additionally the patient completes the questionnaire with other parameters and sends them to the system.

It is the primary care physician who decides about covering the patient with remote medical care. Patients receive access to the application via a forwarded SMS. The pulse oximeter will be made available to the patient and delivered to the address indicated.

The Home Medical Care application makes home treatment of Covid-19 safer. Thanks to the constant monitoring of the patient, as well as the possibility of remote consultation, the doctor can immediately decide to send a rescue team, which will speed up the necessary hospitalization of the patient.
