Application for the board game Around the World

The Around the World mobile application is part of the educational board game "Around the World" by Science Boards Publishing House.

In the game, players take on the role of travel journalists. The aim of the game is to visit 10 cities in the world, including four that are on the drawn goal card. However, the initial budget that each player receives is not enough for all trips, so during the game you must record episodes about selected monuments and then sell them to receive remuneration.

The application allows players to make moves, pay for trips and recorded episodes, sell episodes, exchange currencies at a currency exchange office and constantly monitor the status of their trip.

The application can operate in basic mode, in which we use only one currency (Polish zloty), and in advanced mode, using many world currencies.

The game is a great introduction to the world of geography, banking and finance, because:

and allows players to acquire skills such as using currencies, currency exchange, mobile banking, and their own budget.
