Neonatal and Paediatric Interventions- 1993 onwards
Structural Heart Disease Interventions ( Including Valvuloplasty, Device closure of ASD, VSD and PDA, Para-valvar leaks, Coarctation angioplasty and stenting) – 1993 onwards
Primary Angioplasty in Acute Myocardial Infarction Program -2001 onwards
Percutaneous Transseptal Myocardial Ablation (Alcohol Septal Ablation) for Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy- 2003 onwards. Has single operator series of 58 such cases, done successfully so far: the highest number in India
Transcatheter Endovascular Repair (TEVAR) for Aortic Dissection and Aortic Aneurysms – 2010 onwards
The First Trans-Aortic Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement of India – done in March 2015: Successfully Established TAVR program at CIMS ( Five cases have been done at CIMS so far, the highest in Gujarat)
After getting training of Heart- Lung Transplant and LV Assist Devices (Artificial Heart) at University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre (UPMC), Pittsburgh, USA in March 2016 along with surgical and anaesthetist colleagues, established the Heart Transplant Program at CIMS by successfully doing four heart transplants so far since December 2016.
