But what actually looks like a session with Dr. Mood?

1 - A test phase

To establish a diagnosis, Dr. Mood will ask you a series of playful and surprising questions during 1m30. He will ask you now to respond to short psychological issues, sometimes reacting to visual. It also will scan your body from head to foot to detect the slightest symptoms specific to a particular emotional state.

2 - result phase

After this test phase, Dr Mood delivers a diagnosis based on a panel of twenty emotions (eg. Fear, anxiety, anger, shame, jealousy, sadness, social rejection ...) the most commonly felt and expressed in the life of every day, at home and at work. The aim is that the user starts (finally) a "name" on the emotional state he feels and understands "why" this emotion is born in him.

3 - phase advice

Once diagnosed, Dr. Mood will give very practical advice to quickly and effectively control your emotional state (detach or otherwise extend depending on the situation). "Although regulate emotions" you will better adapt to the situation in which you find these tips are simple, easy to apply at home, in the street or at work.

Finally, remember this: the first Dr Mood goal is simply to get to terms that become frequent users, via learning mechanisms, in part "autonomous" in managing their emotions.
