Although the Dream Theater 360 App has been tested in a wide range of devices, no guarantee is given, implicit or explicit, that it will operate as expected on any single device. Developer disclaims any responsibility or obligation for flawless operation of the Dream Theater 360 App in any Android OS device, beta-tested or not.
