Are you doing well in sports, at work or at school? It can always be better! Young and old, take your success and health into your own hands today. With this app you have 100 days 24/7 contact with a sports and performance psychologist. Start working with the best mental trainer in your province with the proven Three Batteries® method. No boring conversations, just action. Online and face-to-face. Boost your batteries ... Thinking power, Emotional power and Body strength!

NLsportpsycholoog® is a collective of sports and performance psychologists with national coverage. We help you to get the best out of yourself. Over the past 10 years, certainly thousands of customers have preceded you. Young talents and top athletes on their way to a Dutch Championship, European Championship, World Cup or the Olympic Games, but also employees from numerous organizations. People with high-risk professions, who experience a high workload within the judiciary, IT, healthcare, education and more, trained their mental resilience through the Three Batteries® method.

Part of the method is the Three Batteries® app. In short, the app helps you to use your energy smarter and therefore perform better. Discover in 5 steps what your chargers and devourers are:

Step 1. Goal

You start by formulating your goal. A goal provides direction, is motivating and can be measured at the end.

Step 2. Test your three batteries

What about your batteries of Thinking Power, Emotional Power and Body Strength? A reliable questionnaire provides an initial picture of how you have used your energy up to now. You will immediately receive a free advice.

Step 3. Get started for 100 days

From now on you will be reminded daily on your smartphone to answer a few questions and take notes. This will cost you a maximum of 3 minutes at the end of the day. If you give permission and register yourself, you can choose to continue the process for 100 days with a NLsport psychologist® of your choice.

Step 4. Contact a NLsport psychologist®

Your NLsportpsychologist® will contact you depending on your time and financial resources. You plan a face-to-face intake interview and further work out your goal together. You may plan more contact moments in consultation.

Step 5. Receive more charging tips

As soon as you are linked to a NLsportpsychologist® you will receive more personal charging tips. You can now also use:

MijnNLsportpsycholoog: online chat contact with mental trainer via your own profile page;

Measuring instrument 3BTQ: measuring unlimited performance level with advice;

E-learning: self-study with Goal Setting module;

Online knowledge base: access to articles and more "loading tips" mental training.
