Ibna tawus in his book Muhaj al Dawat and Kafami in his book Misbah this dua'a on the authority of Imam Ali ibna abi Talib who learned it from the Holy Prophet.

The Holy Prophet advised him to recite this dua regularly, whether in prosperity or poverty, till death, because it unveils the secretes of creation and divine strategy.

This dua is useful for any illness u have like heart or mind or body and any problem related to your body dua is reason to ask allha pak and when u ask from your heart Allha pak accept it and gives you what u want and specaily in namez or after this dua is very good caz in namz all the prayers will be accepted and problems will be slived and make sure abour bath or after wadue to make this jazakallha.
