Dual Helper is a platform independent application that provides an efficient mechanism for victims to intimate police station or hospital and relatives in times of any emergency.Dual helper also intimates the victim’s relatives - stored previously by the victim. SMS is sent even if the victim has no balance – Free of cost. SMS contains the current address of the victim long with the details of the victim – stored previously.

This beta version will not send SMS and is deployed for testing purposes.
