Here is how it works:

Accountability Challenges:

You can join public challenges or host your own private gym/home workout challenges with your friends. You are required stake FITT tokens as an entry fee to join these challenges, which you can earn back upon completing the challenge. Every time you progress on the challenge, you earn back your tokens.

Check-in system:

Check in mechanism is there to track your workouts and make progress in your challenges. You will have to click a selfie and do the check-in every time you do the workout. It works as as a proof of attendance for your workouts.

Weekly streak:

You have to do atleast 3 workouts in a week, to increase your weekly streak number. Also, compete with your friends on the streak leaderboard.
