2. Menu shows all photos uploaded by builder or by user themselfs
3. User has ability to add a new photo
4. New photo uploading contains description and title as well as either photo from camera or upload an existing one
5. User can delete a photo that is already uploaded
6. User can delete only photos that are uploaded by homeowners - not by Builder
7. Bug fixes and performance improvements
