Dynamic Island feature from iPhone 14 changes size and shape to accommodate various types of alerts, notifications, and interactions to Android smartphones

* ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE to display dynamic view.

* BLUETOOTH_CONNECT to detect BT earphone inserted.

* READ_NOTIFICATION to show media control or notifications on Dynamic view.

The app uses the AccessibilityService API to display a floating popup to enable multitasking.
