Connected Education Innovation Program that measures the adoption of school technology.

This application was developed as a complementary tool to the Connected Education Innovation Program for

perform calculations from information provided by the school in order to identify the level of technology adoption in the school environment.

Depending on the equipment the school has and how it uses the internet connection, it will be identified in a

of these four levels:

Emergent - In the initial phase of implementation.

Basic - Greater use in management and limited use by teachers and students.

Intermediate - Frequent use in the classroom, as a facilitator of teaching and management.

Advanced - Present in the day to day of the school, contributing to improve the processes of teaching, learning and management.

At the end, the system enables the user to generate a document with the completed information.

The result of the calculation can subsidize the school in the planning of actions that seek to improve the level of adoption of technology, such as the contracting of internet services, the acquisition of equipment for the internal infrastructure and the use of digital educational resources.

This application was developed by the Ministry of Education, within the scope of the Connected Education Innovation Program, created by the Federal Government to support the universalization of high-speed internet access in schools and foster the pedagogical use of digital technologies in basic education. The program has four dimensions: vision, training, digital educational resources and infrastructure. This application is one of the supporting actions of the Program in the fourth dimension, available free of charge.
