Educate Girls – District Monitor

Educate Girls works for increasing enrollment, retention & learning improvement.

EG_AP PMS application is a free mobile application for Android Smartphones, designed exclusively for Educate Girls' staff.

· The Application uses phone’s internet connection (4G/3G/2G).

· The application can be downloaded for free.

· It is easily accessible using the phone's Internet connection (4G/3G/2G)

· A variety of data can be recorded by choosing the options available in the application.

· In case of non-availability of phone’s internet connection, data can be recorded off-line. This recorded data can be uploaded to the server when the phone’s internet connection is available next.

BO module captures monitoring, handholding, spot check data of all activity updates at regular intervals. Each BO is tagged with a particular District/Block at the time of user registration. It helps to store following information:

· Village level update like MM, GSS, enrolment etc.

· School Level update like SAC, retention, SMC , etc.

· Date and time of login and logout to track attendance.

· Geo-coordinates to track location details.

· Trainings/meetings/office attended.

· Baseline survey related to door-to-door, village and school
