Attendance system for JBPM residents who are on duty in the JBPM Headquarters building only.

JBPM eAttendance is an attendance system for JBPM residents who work in the JBPM Headquarters building only. It was developed to replace the use of time recorder cards as attendance records. The system can be accessed through a website and also a mobile phone application. This system records attendance, courses and also leave of officers and staff. The presence of officers and staff will be recorded using a device that can scan faces or thumbprints. This tool is installed on Level B1 and Level G, JBPM Headquarters. This system can also print attendance reports according to categories such as Attendance Statistics, Monthly Attendance, Attendance Summary, Course Statistics, Attendance Analysis and others according to Division. This system is regulated by the Administration Branch to monitor the attendance of JBPM citizens.
