Congress Date and Place

It will be held on 3 - 7 May 2023 at the Acapulco Hotel and Convention Center.

Congress Language

Congress language is Turkish.

TRNC Information

T.C. on the entrances of Cyprus. It is mandatory to present a new undamaged ID card with ID number and photo. Driver's license and old identity cards are not valid. The new photo ID card application is valid for all children, including babies. It is not possible to enter with ID cards without a photo.

Paper Applications

Abstracts can only be sent online from the web page.

Permissions

The permission letters to be requested to be given to the institutions for the congress participation will be sent to the participants whose registration process has been completed.

Registration Desk

Registration Desk will be open between 08:00-18:00 between 3 - 7 May 2023.

Congress Name Badge

Name badges will be distributed to all participants attending the congress. Badge lost, forgotten, etc. In such cases, an application must be made at the registration desk.

Congress Participation Documents

A "Certificate of Participation" will be given to all participants attending the congress.
