Emakatt (www.emakatt.com) is a laundry ordering up for fast, reliable and flexible picking, delivery and payment. There is no need to take your clothes to dry cleaners who are far and expensive or spend your weekends washing by hands instead of spending time with people you love or resting after a busy and demanding week.

Whether you are at the office, home, on the road or friends place just make an order of pick up and we will be there, and we won’t charge you for that because you deserve it.

Requesting emakatt pick up is easy, you don’t need to be a Ninja to do it, look:

- Open the Web app and tell us when and where should we come pick your clothes

- After submitting the order you will receive a message showing cost of laundry and a call from our driver at least one hour before pick up time.

- We will do the laundry and inform you when it is complete, usually less than 45 hours and we will tell you the actual amount to pay and how to pay it.

- After you receive an SMS on completeness of your laundry you will open the app and tell us when and where to deliver your clothes while confirming payment which you will do through mobile money.

- Our drivers will give you a call one hour before deliver time to drop off your clean and fresh clothes.

- You will have a room to give us feedback on our service through the app so as we improve and get better to serve you.

- The link to our contact are on the app hence you can cancel order, call our driver, send text or email anytime.
