Emotional and social intelligence skills are the foundation of success and we will help you to develop them in order to build better teams. Emotional Quotient (EQ) is a way to measure how a person recognizes emotions in himself or herself and others. Emotional Intelligence is divided into the four clusters of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management

Emotional Quotient or EQ has an extremely critical role to play in our lives, especially in succeeding as professionals. In the workplace, it influences how we relate to others and how we handle relationships. In this workshop, participants will explore the concept of EQ, learn their EQ, understand ways in which there current EQ can be enhanced and hone their social and personal competencies.
