Our practical experience at Kinik prompted us to write this book. It turns out that we still encounter a lot of ignorance and misunderstanding in society regarding the issue of circumcision. Not infrequently this gives rise to wrong perceptions about circumcision. Starting from legal issues regarding circumcision, improper preparation and care, as well as the existence of incorrect myths about circumcision. It is hoped that this book can provide information to the general public, especially Muslims, about the noble law of circumcision.

Circumcision is part of Islamic religious law. Apart from that, circumcision also contains wisdom and many health benefits. This shows the perfection of the Islamic religion, which also regulates matters of cleanliness and bodily health. There is no religion that is more perfect and more detailed in regulating human affairs than Islam.

In this book we provide tips about circumcision for children and parents who want to circumcise their children. Apart from that, we also touched on the discussion of female circumcision which is still a polemic in society. Not only ordinary people, there are even pros and cons in the medical world. We try to review it from the perspective of this noble Shari'a and also medical reviews.

In particular, we would like to thank our beloved wife, our three beloved children: Iffah, 'Aisy, and Faiz, who always encourage us in all our activities.
