You can then share your form with other users, or use your mobile device to easily fill in and submit the form with power features like signature or photo capturing, gps, map & sim tracking, and barcode scanning.

Submitted forms can be easily searched and analyzed in the EV Forms Portal. Or it can talk to your software to integrate the forms with your existing IT work flow. You can also export them to csv, excel and many other common formats, to be processed by the software of your choice.
