v1.0.8: allow installation on Android 4.2 and greater even though not fully supported, user will need a rooted device
v1.0.7: display clear error messages instead of crashing on error
v1.0.6: allow Holo theme to be used on devices that support it, localized to Japanese
v1.0.5: oops ... fix bug in previous release when language is changed but country is not, pop up warning if language or country entered are unknown
