ExamNovasi Application Tutorial:

Student:

To take an open exam without timing, open the app and enter the URL of the exam, then click "Continue".

To do the exam with a set time, use the QR Code scanner from the camera or gallery provided by the teacher or committee.

Teacher:

Teachers can create questions from various sources such as Google Forms.

To make a book closing exam, create a QR Code via the QR Code menu and adjust it as needed. By filling in Subject Name, Class, Google Form Link, Date, Start and end time, Students may finish first or not and open or close book settings

Distribute the QR Code to students.

To create an open book exam, share the exam URL with students.

Committee:

The committee can collect and create a QR Code from the exam URL provided by the teacher of each subject.

The QR Code is then prepared in the journal/minutes of the respective exam schedule. da

What if the locked screen is black?

Change swipe navigation setting to virtual button navigation.

What if the screen only displays a white test page?

Make sure to use a URL/web address with the HTTPS:// or HTTP:// protocol.

What if I use Google Form and it can't be opened?

Make sure the Google Form link/URL is NOT shortened.

How about doing a test without a time limit and open a book?

Directly share Google Forms links or similar platforms with students. Students can type or copy the URL into the URL box and then click "Continue".
