The longer you maintain your Health Score, and update it through exercising, completing challenges or answering questions, the more precise it will be, and consequently, you will get a better measurement of your health and how it evolves. With Falck Pulse, you can track your exercise, eating habits, stress level and sleep as well as your physical data and mental health. You can use the apps tracking features or gather the data from your other tracking devices and apps, e.g. Apple Health and Fitbit, in Falck Pulse.

To keep you active and engaged, Falck Pulse applies motivation techniques from behavioral science and online games, collaborative features from social networks, and provides personalized feedback.
