The mobile tracking application provides real time tracking data back to the user. Build into the tool is not just a quick and responsive feedback mechanism, we provide push notification back to the user informing the user immediately when the waybill status has changed. Other features of our application provide the user with access to our mobile web site, with benefits like Fnf contact information and access to logging into the back end customer website via the mobile device. We support Android devices currently but we are aiming to releasing to Apple and Windows mobile devices in the near future.

We are also in the final testing phase of our push notification application that clients can install on their mobile devices. This application will push notifications when the waybill status changes and for repeat orders the clients account number will automatically trigger when we receive an order for that particular customer. These notifications can be customized and can include status updates from your ERP / Warehouse systems to keep the client informed of the progress of their order through the entire supply chain and not only when we receive the parcel for delivery. Failed delivery statuses can trigger various events so if the driver attempts a delivery and the client is not at home a real time message can be pushed giving the customer this information. This application works very well in conjunction with our hand held device roll out which means information is almost live with only a couple of minutes delay.
