He is a German-born Islamic preacher and of Bosnian origin. He immigrated to America when he was young and there he was a student of Sheikh and reader Zayed Abed.

It is a Meccan surah number 18, which precedes Surat Maryam and follows Surah al-Israa, in the order of the surahs of the Noble Qur’an. The number of its verses is 110 verses, and it is one of the Meccan suras late in the descent, as the arrangement of its descent is 69. The surah mediates the Holy Qur’an, it is located in the fifteenth and sixteenth sections, 8 pages at the end of the fifteenth and three parts at the beginning of the sixteenth part. The surah deals with several topics, which revolve around warning against temptation, preaching and warning, and mentioning some scenes from the Day of Resurrection, as well as several stories, such as the story of the owners of the cave who were called the Surah to mention their story in it.
