With Fiplie you can record 60 seconds videos and share it based on you location.

However, to watch a video you need to be close to the video location. But why limit watching videos by location?! Well, we already have a lot of places we can watch videos from the comfort of our home (or wherever you feel comfortable), however, have you ever wanted to know what is going on the the coffee shop near by? or on the restaurant you always frequent? or on the park, club or beach you go? Now you can!! (I know, it sounds like an old TV add) But the idea of Fiplie is to share videos locally!
