Despite my success and expertise, I too have had my own struggles with health and fitness with life and body changes that I have overcome and found what works or me. There is no one size fits all guide, as everyone I work with receives a customized program that we work through together to find what will work best for you in your life. Getting in your best shape and living a healthy life is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded.
