- Welcome to a game that will challenge your reflexes, attention to detail, and your competitive side.

- Highest score at or above 15000 points gets 10% of the total gross earnings from ads for the month. Simply click the blue “Start” button to begin, then a series of images will appear within a short window of each other. Every time the circled green “X” marker comes up, click it fast and you will score 100 points and the images will continue to cycle. If you don’t click it, click the wrong image, or click too late then you lose and will have to start over. Be quick and be careful as it could repeat itself in a short period of time. At the end of the day, please just have fun.

- Invite your friends. Beat them. Compete for prizes.

Tiers: (Prizes paid through PayPal)

- 1st Place: Gets 10% of the gross earnings for the month

- 2nd Place: Gets 5% of the gross earnings for the month

- Raffle Winner gets 5% of the gross earnings for the month

- Only scores of 15000 points or higher for the month will be entered into the raffle. Enter as many times as you want, but entries must have unique reference numbers.

- All Earnings are rounded to the nearest dollar. Recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes.

Example:

- If Solace Applications makes $1,000 from ads for the month, then

- 1st Place: Gets $100

- 2nd Place: Gets $50

- Raffle Winner: Gets $50

- Not bad for quick reflexes and concentration!

INSTRUCTIONS: YOU MUST TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR BEST SCORE AT OR ABOVE 15000 POINTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A TIER PRIZE. IT MUST INCLUDE 2 REFERENCE NUMBERS. ** MAKE SURE THAT YOU KNOW HOW TO TAKE A SCREENSHOT ON YOUR PHONE BEFORE BEGINNING. THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE THE SCREENSHOT WILL BE LOST IF YOU HIT THE BACK BUTTON OR KILL THE APP.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, AGE (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE), AND EMAIL WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE SOLACE APPLICATIONS TO SEND THE PRIZE IF YOU SHOULD WIN. - Notes:

- Earnings will not be consistent from month to month. The more everybody plays, the higher the prizes will be.

- Max 1st Place Prize payout of $5000.

- If 1st Place Prize is greater than $100, the 1st Place Prize winner can’t win the 1st Place Prize for another 3 months, but can still be entered for the raffle.

- The monthly high scores will be reset at the first day of every month at 12:00am EST.

- Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm EST on the last day of each calendar month.
