On-demand transport service for the Grand Dole conurbation

Flexi is an on-demand transport service, where journeys adapt to your needs and are made by reservation through 4 services:

Flexi Agglo: For daytime travel from your town to certain Dole stops.

Flexi JOB: For your professional or personal trips, early or late in the day in the Greater Dole area.

Flexi PMR: Provides travel for people with reduced mobility who are unable to use regular Grandole Mobilities lines under satisfactory access and safety conditions.

Flexi Seniors: Reserved for those aged 75 and over, throughout the country, all year round, on defined days and times.

How does it work?

1.I create my customer account and complete the information sheet.

2. I book my ride.

3. I receive a message the day before my pick-up, confirming my route.

4. The day of my trip:

- One hour before my departure, I receive an SMS which tells me the precise time at which the vehicle arrives at my stopping point

- In real time, I can track the vehicle that comes to pick me up at my stopping point on the internet or the application.

- On board, I validate my transport ticket upon boarding to travel with complete peace of mind!
