Release pay version

Add 'Permit out of screen' in 'Memo setting'.

Add 'Frame size' in 'Memo setting'.
The fault as which notification is not displayed if memo does not exist is corrected.

Add 'Touch memo' in 'Preference.
By tapping the float memo, application starts and you can edit memo.
However, if a touch memo is used, a floating memo will no longer be displayed on a lock screen.
