FLOWS contains the information generated by the regional system for the automated detection of traffic flows (MTS System), created by the Region, Provinces and Anas, which can be consulted geographically; the Region takes care of its management, in collaboration with other entities.

The system is made up of 283 important fixed stations, installed along the main state and provincial roads, active since September 2008, 24 hours a day; the workstations classify the vehicles into 10 categories and record the counting and traffic parameters.

FLOWS displays traffic flows on approximately 2,000 km of state and provincial roads, updated at intervals of approximately 4 hours; traffic flows on different Google Map backgrounds (roads, hybrid roads, satellite, terrain) and without background; the perimeter of the inhabited areas; the personal and transit information of each single station; the roads by provincial and municipal territory, street name and number, location and vehicles (light, heavy, counted, unclassified); complete maps of transit numbers and average speeds; traffic flow information on the road section corresponding to the station; the personalized selection of traffic flows for time periods (day and hour); search by Province, Municipality, street name, street number, location, vehicles (light, heavy, counted and unclassified); allows the geolocation and zoom functions on the selected mobility area, where it is possible to download.

The app is paired and can be started ONLY through the "Viability E-R" app.
