The 'Art of dosing "is the" state of the art "for the anticoagulant treatment with vitamin K antagonists (warfarin and phenprocoumon) in the Netherlands and is published by the Federation of Dutch Thrombosis Services. Dosing of the Arts is a guide for dosing with vitamin K antagonists and aims to achieve optimum effectiveness and safety in the treatment with these agents. This manual offers the necessary directives, guidance, advice and background information. The publication is intended for all physicians who supervise the anticoagulant treatment of patients.
