Colombian platform for virtual training of the Ibero-American Institute of Training and Learning for Cooperation, where you will find courses, workshops, seminars and diplomas of the training projects developed for the different cooperation agreements in the country.

The Ibero-American Institute of Training and Learning for Cooperation has the mission of responding to the needs of continuous and open qualified training in Ibero-America, through the cooperative action of the Organization of Ibero-American States in its mission areas: education, science and culture, human rights and gender and in Spanish and Portuguese languages.
