We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. We also offer childwatch services during class times. We offer a wide variety of classes, some of which include cycling, yoga, pilates, several types of bootcamps, and cardio dance, as well as ballet for kids. We have month-to-month memberships, monthly memberships with a year contract, and yearly paid in full memberships. An added amenity is that we can assess your progress monthly so that you see how far you've come, and set your goals to keep you motivated!
