This is the official app for the FOOTBALL show, a co-creation between the

Teatro O Bando and Teatro de Montemuro completed in May 2021.

FOOTBALL is a dialogue between the theatrical game and the playfulness of a sport

of pasta.

On the scene we brought together two apparently distant universes that

they share the game, the passion and the technique. The dramaturgy starts from “A História

Natural do Futebol ”by Álvaro Magalhães - a book that addresses the

ancestral, philosophical and anthropological of ball games.

FOOTBALL is part of the international project Play On, a European project for

large scale involving 9 companies from different European countries and

who wants to explore new ways of storytelling using

immersive technologies. In this context, we already have the partnership of Digital

York University (England) Creativity Lab through integration

of Ben Kirman.
