Many users were using the app on non-rooted devices. Non-root support is not yet implemented and so the app was showing non-informative errors. Added informative messages for that case.

Also:
Added a message highlighting the need to be connected to PC through USB for proper operation. Not being connected to PC causes the following:
-Operation failed: Timeout or incorrect response while changing product code
-Operation failed: Failed to establish modem connection
