Are my hidden files stored online?

No. Your files are stored only on your device, so please make sure to backup all your hidden files before transferring to new device or factory reset.

How to use fingerprint?

Fingerprint unlocking is off by default. Your phone must have a fingerprint sensor and at least one fingerprint must be registered in your phone settings. You can turn on “Unlock with fingerprint” from “Settings” menu inside the app.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

Launch the app, Click on “Forget Password?” at the bottom of the screen, Answer the security question that you set-up first time using the app and your password will be displayed.

How can I change my pin or security questions?

While inside the app, click on “Settings” and you can change these settings from there.

IMPORTANT

Before uninstall the app, unhide all the photos and the videos. If you uninstall the program without undoing the hide function or Factory reset of device, the photos and videos will be lost.
