A Gangte Christian songbook

This Gangte Christian songbook is created for the Gangte-spoken Christian Community.

The purpose of this app is to strengthen believers in their spiritual life by singing hymns and songs. Everywhere, it is not possible to carry a songbook hard copy. Due to this, an app will be very helpful for easy access and the ability to download this app for believers everywhere when required.

Five songs were taken from the ‘Tonic Solfa’. These songs were arranged according to the Sacred Songs, and Solos numbers.

This La Lakkhawm was published in 1955 with a small collection of offerings and a blessing from the Lord. Among the Gangte community, some of the faithful and anointed believers were used by God to compose these songs. Mostly, those songs are related to sadness in times when the community faces hardship and problems. This songbook was regarded as a ‘treasure’ for the Gangte community.

May this Gangte Christian Songbook be blessed for the believers to strengthen their spiritual life and for the extension of the kingdom of God and HIS glory.
