A long time ago in a aland far far away the kingdow of Mariow was perished in chaos. Hords of monsters and hostile giants overran the army of the king. Several years later the marks of the battles are almost vanished, but there is still one retreat.

Fight through the dungeon and defeat all eight levels. Avoid traps and collect valuable treasures, to be victorious in the end.

This application is the remake of the action-adventure game for the Commodore 64, ColecoVision and Atari 8-bit family, developed by The Connelley Group and published by Epyx. It is a more action-oriented version, with smoother and faster graphics routines, more intuitive controls, fewer role-playing video game elements, and fewer room descriptions.

The player assumes the role of an unnamed adventurer, who tries to survive a series of increasingly difficult dungeon levels filled with both treasure and monsters. Each level is played within a freely selectable dungeon. Level 8 of the dungeon perpetually repeats until the player runs out of lives, ending the game.
