Find your personal "sleep window" by simply paying attention to your natural biorhythm.

Find a place where you can close your eyes undisturbed. In the best case, you can lie down. When power napping, there is usually no deep sleep phase - it is comparable to "nodding away" or "dozing off". Then take a few minutes to wake up.
