The Glow Guides App is an 8 week holistic wellness programme created by nutritional health coach and bestselling cookery writer, Madeleine Shaw. The programme combines Workouts, Yoga, Meditations and Healthy Recipes and is designed to be your pocket personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach.

We’ve recently added a BRAND NEW Glow Guides Vegetarian meal programme to the App which is included when you buy the full Glow Guides Programme. It features lots of new and exclusive Vegetarian recipes, meal plans and shopping lists.

The Glow Guides Programme & Glow Guides Vegetarian Programme include: 64 exclusive recipes, 8 dietitian approved meal plans, 9 yoga classes (c.45 minutes per class), 8 guided meditations and 8 new strength workout videos (c.45 minutes per workout) with Shona Vertue. The 8 week Glow Guides Programme is a one-off payment of £49.99 (works out as £1 per day), once you’ve bought it, it’s yours for life. This gives you full access to all App features and you’ll also be able view all the content via www.glowguides.co.uk as well as via the Glow Guides App.
