GNAM BELL was born from the passion for Neapolitan cuisine and tradition and wood cooking.

A project by a Neapolitan family who moved to Rome to offer a bit of Neapolitanness to the Roman people.

We don't consider ourselves professionals but the strong passion and ability to prepare typical Campania products first pushed us to propose traditional side dishes in the fantastic Panuozzi di Gragnano.

We define ourselves as "a family for families" which leads us to be attentive to the selection of raw materials, ALL FRESH, even for the strictly fresh meats that will be cooked in the wood-fired rotisserie.

Nothing frozen, frozen with asterisks or other tricks.

We buy fresh raw materials, process them the same day and prepare the products every day which, we hope, you will have the pleasure of coming to try.

We have a small internal space and external (covered) tables for those who want to enjoy our products freshly baked.

Alternatively, you can pick them up at the laboratory or have them delivered comfortably to your home thanks to our APP or presence on the main Delivery platforms.
