The GoHappy ticketing app is a relief for flexible occasional users of Carinthian public transport. From now on you can buy your single ticket for all public transport in Carinthia (regular services/excluding special services) using your mobile phone - without waiting, without worrying about change and at any time. Simply download the GoHappy Ticketing app, register and drive off.

How to use the GoHappy Ticketing App explained in just a few steps:

1. Download the app on your smartphone under “GoHappy Ticketing”, register and deposit a debit or credit card.

2. Open the GoHappy Ticketing app at the stop before boarding public transport and activate it by pressing the start button shown.

3. The GoHappy Ticketing app now records the route you travel via GPS.

4. After leaving the means of transport at the desired stop, the recording of the route is stopped by pressing the stop symbol in the app and the ticket price for the route traveled is automatically determined. You don't have to close the GoHappy Ticketing app even if you change trains - whether by bus or train!

5. All routes traveled can be viewed in the GoHappy Ticketing App under “My Trips”.

Billing:

Billing is based on the individual ticket price. The extended customer categories in the GoHappy Ticketing App are of course also the senior fare, the fare for children under 15 years of age and for people with limited mobility (this also includes those seriously injured in war and the civilian blind) - the reduced savings price is calculated here. The journeys made are billed retrospectively once a month using the debit/credit card stored in the app.

Multiple drivers benefit from the GoHappy discount model! The more trips made with the app, the cheaper it becomes due to the three-tier discount model:

From the third trip there is -10%, from the sixth trip -20% and from the 11th trip -30%. At € 50 (seniors € 40, saver price € 30) the price is capped and the other trips in the month are free.

Familyfriendly:

The CheckIn – CheckOut system for the whole family: If you use the GoHappy ticketing app, you can easily add up to eight additional people to the trip. Families only need to download the GoHappy Ticketing app on a smartphone. It is possible to take up to 5 children with you for the price of one child.
