Added Sanzang;
Tried to fix that crash that happens on launch sometimes (it was probably a race condition);
Spent a lot of time speeding up the app where I could, in particular, scrolling should be smoother;
Added first launch warning, the database can take some time to populate;
Switched to better crops for thumbnails, reducing app size and load times.
