Useless and Descriminating

I have my devices rooted for backup purposes and to remove unwanted bloatware that the manufacturer puts on them.

To be penalised for my devices being "non-rooted" is ridiculous.

I won't be paying for any Google Apps and only using the free apps until this changes.
