USE WEB BROWSER TO USE PAYPAL!

PayPal is useful, but badnews is, my device isn't compatible with the app and it's new version. But I can use the website to do whatever.

Google Play store told me it's not compatible with this version. This store on other hand allows you to install the app and use previous version before the need to update to the current latest version.

Don't come back crying that your PayPal account was compromised because Kit Kat (or whatever ancient version of Android your tablet is using) has security holes you could drive a truck through. PayPal dropped support and removed that old version from the Play Store for a reason.
