I had the same problem but it's fixed by myself.
1: Go to app setting & force stop it then clear the cache.
2: Clear cache of Google play services & Google play store but don't touch the Force Stop button!!!
3: Run the game & enjoy.
But if the game didn't run so again, repeat the above but use VPN before you run it. Tada
