Check-in Scan is a mobile application and platform designed to facilitate the guest registration process in tourist accommodations, such as vacation apartments, hotels, hostels, among others. The idea behind the tool is to help the owners and managers of these accommodations comply with local legislation that requires the registration of guest data.

Document Scanning: Owners or managers can quickly scan guests' identity documents (such as passports or ID cards) using a mobile device's camera.

Automatic Registration: Once the documents are scanned, the application automatically extracts the necessary data and fills out the form for you.

Sending to Authorities: In some countries, it is mandatory to send certain guest data to local authorities (National Police, Civil Guard, Mossos d'Esquadra, Ertzaintza and SEF). The application can facilitate this process by making automatic shipments and generating "Traveler Parts".
