A complete guide for finding all of the coloured gems in Crash Bandicoot remastered on the PS4. This guide will explain exactly how to get the green, orange, blue, red, purple and yellow gems, and open the secret gem pathways to get 100% completion and the Platinum Trophy. Collecting coloured gems unlocks new playable areas in the game and collecting every single gem will even open a secret alternative ending.

This guide is designed to help those who bought the Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy for the PS4 but it can also be used as a reference for the original Playstation version, if you're using an emulator or even an original PS console.

Vicarious Visions have confirmed that the "Stormy Ascent" level is now playable in Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy. The new DLC unlocks what we all expected: the lost levels that never made it into the original game back in the 90's, starting with "Stormy Ascent".

Since the release of the N Sane Trilogy back in June, fans have been eager to hear any hints about DLC, further Crash Bandicoot remakes such as Crash Team Racing, or complete remasters of other classics such as Spyro the Dragon. Innocently sparked off by the leaked trophy list found on PSN, fans were almost guaranteed that a nice surprise would be coming even before the N Sane Trilogy hit the shelves.

Opting for one of the scheduled panels at Comic-Con 2017, Activision pro-actively teased for several weeks before the event, indicating that Crash Bandicoot fans would receive a welcome surprise from Vicarious Visions.

It was originally planned that during the panels 10:30am scheduled slot in San Diego, the team would take the moment to reveal the new surprise in all it's glory, but just minutes before the panel kicked off and low and behold IGN leaked the lineup with a BIG mention of the Stormy Ascent level demo.

Beyond all doubt it was then confirmed that the "Lost Treasures" DLC does include the classic "Stormy Ascent" level that was lost from Crash Bandicoot 1. Beside the DLC, the other big announcement was the "Developers Bible" coming from Dark Horse Comics, picturing all of the artwork and creative ideas that led to the original Crash Bandicoot character - another fine treat for fans!
