Here we are, we've reached the grand finale of Resident Evil 7. Ethan's only got one more task in front of him – to destroy Evelyn by injecting her with the E-Neurotoxin.

After the flashback with the screwdriver, head through the kitchen towards the back door to trigger the next cutscene with Evelyn. Afterwards, turn around and head back through the kitchen and make a right up the stairs to the attic. As you climb the second set of stairs and round the corner you'll see Evelyn on the other side of the attic.
